Former party instigator turned sober motivator. I hit many rock bottoms before deciding to quit drinking. I embraced my story and decided to share it in an effort to help others and myself. I am a cohost on IG @1000hoursdrybabes and also I founded a virtual meetup group for sober womxn called the East Coast Sober Squad (although we now have members globally!). I also am the Charlottesville, VA lead for @soberirl, a group dedicated to connecting those who want to make sober connections! I’m committed to showing the good and difficult moments in sobriety and discussing it all.
I’m a single girl mom and have a dog and a cat as well! I’m an avid runner and love to workout. Family is everything to me. Thankful to be here!
