Bio

Hey There!

My name is Kacey Sowinski and I am a health buff and a semi modern hippi..

I studied International development (primarily focusing on saving the world and giving back as much as I can to those who do not have much) to now focusing on Holistic Nutrition (ONCE again trying to give back and save the world and provide life long health related knowledge).

I am part of the Ontario Physique Association and compete in the Bikini Division. Which has helped me grow as a person both mentally and physically.

My passion is not only health and fitness but the mental aspect of how those two play a role in our lives. Being a fitness competitor I have been on both sides of the spectrum from having eating and body related frustrations to being completely content and this requires one to become self aware and find that mental to physical connection. I therefore hope to help others create PEACE within them selves and LOVE for ones body, both physically and mentally!
