Bio

My name is Juliuss and I am a YouTube creator and mental health advocate from Toronto whose platform is all about mitigating the stigma associated with mental illness and building authentic conversations around mental illness recovery.

When I was initially diagnosed with ‘Bipolar Disorder Type 1’, it was incredibly challenging for me to complete day to day tasks – going to work, going to class, keeping up socially – and when I say “incredibly challenging,” I mean it was quite literally impossible y'all.

Mental Health is becoming a larger conversation both nationally and globally. In my opinion, a lot of the conversations have been morphed into a trend that is highly popularized. It’s a “hot topic” – everyone wants to talk about mental health and no one is talking about mental illness. I believe we can #CureStigma through our stories and shared experiences - these are just a few of mine.
