Judith discovered yoga in 2014, and it wasn't long before she recognized its transformative power 🌟. This realization propelled her into a full-time teaching role at a prestigious yoga studio and fitness chain in Hong Kong. Throughout her journey, Judith embraced the role of a lifelong student, exploring various disciplines and obtaining certifications in Aerial & Wheel Yoga, Pilates, Singing Bowl, Meditation, Aerial Dance, and completing a comprehensive 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and India. 🌏.

Judith's teaching is deeply rooted in a holistic approach. She seamlessly integrates physical postures with techniques for nurturing inner peace, such as Singing Bowl and Yoga Nidra, aiming to guide her students towards both mental and spiritual enlightenment. Specializing in Aerial Hoop, Hammock Dance, Silks, and Pilates Reformer, she doesn’t just focus on the physical benefits of yoga but also emphasizes its potential for mental and spiritual growth. Her classes are designed as a journey towards self-confidence and enlightenment, caring for both the body and the soul. 💖.
