I’m a car dweller by choice and outdoor enthusiast who likes to promote a healthy active outdoor lifestyle and show my followers they don’t have to conform to societal norms or standards to live a happy and fulfilling life

After several major life altering events I found myself unhappy, unhealthy, and unfulfilled so 8 yrs ago I turned my own life around from binge watching TV, smoking, and eating unhealthy packaged foods loaded with sugar, dyes, and preservatives to eating mostly plant-based and often vegan meals and living outdoors focusing on my mental health way more often.

Knowledge and learning have always been important but I love to teach and to hear opinions and ideas about how I do things so I can see other perspectives and where I can expand on and create additional content through my photography and videography that can enrich more lives.

I’m happy to work with brands who align with my values and that can help support awareness and spread a positive message to my community across my social media platforms.
