Josh is the owner of The Martinez Method, a high-intensity, personalized workout program based on the philosophy that dynamic movement and active rest lead to dramatic change. His sessions use traditional and non-traditional movement training, utilizing techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay-Thai.
