Josh Martinez is a certified personal trainer, USA boxing coach and amateur boxer who is known for his creative, energetic and intense multi-functional training sessions.

Josh is the owner of The Martinez Method, a high-intensity, personalized workout program based on the philosophy that dynamic movement and active rest lead to dramatic change. His sessions use traditional and non-traditional movement training, utilizing techniques from Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay-Thai. The fusion of these disciplines create a fun, yet challenging range of combinations that use every body part, geared specifically to each client’s fitness level and goals.

Each workout is competitive, motivating and playful, leaving clients feeling stronger and more empowered than before.
