I am currently building an Instagram following (@johntheriault3) and am interested in working to promote brands that I feel positive about and that are helping to make people feel good. Especially with men, skincare is not typically something that has been taken seriously for the “average” guy but is something that should.

My content is all about being my authentic self. I try to promote fitness, positive mindset coupled with sport and activity. Anything that helps you live your true life, stay motivated and have fun. It's about being proud of who I am and celebrating life. I have recently made the decision to leave my job after 10 years working to spend time with my partner in California to determine the next steps in our lives. It will be an interesting journey.

Being a 30 something millennial, I am all about pushing boundaries and being who I am. Growing up, trying to be someone else or meet expectations, didn't sit well with me anymore. I live my life as me and encourage others to do the same and don't let anyone tell you what you can or cannot do. I look to always be my true self and promote self love and positivity. I believe that men deserve the same level of self care as anyone else and we should not be ashamed of what makes us feel good.
