I’m also mom, wife and business owner at @JLPR and @305cafecito from Miami, Florida.

I’m proud to say that I’ve regained my health by changing my lifestyle and lost 80lbs, reversed my pre-diabetes, sleep apnea and high cholestorol and high triglycerides - I’m still working hard towards my goals.

I’m a positive person with a genuine love for life and complete strangers, always sparking up conversations wherever I go.

I love connecting with others on social media to help people like me reach their goals by sharing my story. I am passionate about inspiring others to love their bodies no matter what and to take control of their health by incorporating more plantbased foods and an active lifestyle.

Today, I can proudly say I am healthier than I’ve ever been but my wellness journey continues. I’m grateful for the following I’ve organically built over time and the support I’ve received from my audience and I’m all about giving them valuable content.
