DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT :
Enhancewell Fitness is an entirely virtual studio. Small Classes, Personalized Coaching, Form Focused, Interactive and Effective. Personal training in a class. Each of our Enhancewell Fitness classes is designed to challenge, invigorate and sculpt your body. We strive to keep your body engaged with creative low impact approaches for you to showcase your strength, tenacity and commitment. We are unique because we keep classes small - no more than 10 people. This allows our instructors to provide individual feedback, and allows our clients to ask questions and interact with our instructors (and others in the class). Our atmosphere is intense workout, with a fun and engaged community.
We have 3 types of classes that we offer:
1 - Enhanced Pilates: Our Enhanced approach to Pilates has taken the traditional focus on the Core and applied the science of the movements to the Back, Arms, and Legs so that you get a full-body workout in a low-impact manner. Our workout is mat-based, using primarily your body weight and bands as resistance.
2 - Enhanced Toning: Our signature class is inspired by pilates, encouraged with results and motivated by sweat. You’ll achieve more with our Enhanced approach. We focus on the whole body and make sure you feel and see the effects of the burn. Using basic props we cycle through large and small muscle groups, meaning that your entire body becomes stronger and more defined, and you become more motivated and resilient.
3 - Enhanced Stretch: You’ve worked hard – restore your body with an Enhanced approach to stretching, designed to improve movement, elongate your muscles, and speed recovery. Stretching is an important part of any wellness and fitness program; taking the time to stretch can increase range of motion caused by inflammation, rejuvenate muscles, and reinvigorate your performance. A foam roller is required for this curriculum.
