Bio

I was born in Cincinnati, OH and was always heavy growing up. When I turned 16 I weighed just over 300 pounds! My fitness journey started August 11th of 2019 & I haven’t looked back. By August of 2020 I was down to 205 pounds, packed on muscle & received my certification in personal training from the International Sports Science Academy. I had fallen in love with fitness. Starting at a young age I started spiraling downhill after the loss of my mother & grandfather, surgeries & my diagnoses as a type 1 diabetic. I was depressed, terribly unhealthy & saw no future for myself. My goal is to help anyone who wants to make a change in their life, but the opportunity to help people who have struggled at a young age, realize that whatever’s bringing them down now can be used as fuel to propel them into a happier & healthier future. Fitness changed my life & if I can spread that message to just one person and make a difference in their life, I’ll have accomplished my goal.
