My name is Jaylin and I'm in the business of helping companies, organizations, and people embrace diversity and increase inclusion.

Even the most "woke" people sometimes need a refresher and someone to discuss our changing social climate with.

I'd love to be that person for you!

I've always been a person who is devoted to accountability and positive interaction. My path has veered a bit (from Culinary Arts dreams to Photography pinholes), but it has ultimately lead me back to this place: Social Justice.

These days I am even more committed to helping businesses and individuals become more socially aware of how their words and actions impact other people.
