Bio

"Music is transcendence."

I was born in Romania and raised in Durban,
South Africa. I grew up behind a microphone.
Since age 12 I’ve been in bands, featured on
projects, commercial work and played countless
shows before moving to Cape Town 2 years ago.
IRINAMI is my dream solo move. I write all my
music and I’ve taught myself how to produce
and control my creative direction. Originally a
Jazz and Soul singer, I intertwine these moods
in my style. IRINAMI is all about the evolution of
my sound and where I come from. I’m now 23
and focused on releasing unique music that
captivates, creates mystery, and speaks to my
audience.
