Hi, I'm Ines a French girl living in Montreal! I decided to combine my passion for food and cooking as well as for exercise in one place to help people be on a vegan diet and achieve their fitness goals !
I found myself struggle to transition to veganism as the same as workout out consistently so I really want to help people that are in the situation that I was and share with them my tips in order for them to make this transition more easily and see that it is feasible!
