I am a mental health fashion advocate who speaks on the topics of suicide prevention, self-acceptance, and self-love. After years of childhood bullying, rebuilding self-esteem on my mental health journey, and regaining my healthy body, mind, and spirit along the way I have finally unmasked the confidence I’ve longed for and the happiness I knew would someday be uncovered! My story is one that teaches thin doesn’t equal happiness and that it takes over all healing to finally find the true wellness in a mental health recovery! I also believe that looking your best makes you feel your best. As I embark on my journey with self-love and confidence further I share all my self-care beauty secrets I have learned along the way as a former cosmetologist and woman of the hair and makeup behind the scenes backstage at the theatre. I take my love for style and teach others how to stay well when they live with a mental health issue.
