Underground Royals are a community of inclusive, fun, unconventional, and stereotype breakers of what it means to "fight like a girl". The fitness program under the brand called "Fit For The Crowne" provides at-home personal training geared towards women. It has all the important ingredients of cardio, strength exercises, defense techniques, and even dance! In the fitness program, participants (Royals), learn basic defense technique of different martial arts, incorporating interval training and strength exercise. Some days we warm up with some fun dance moves that give us a light sweat before jumping into combo drills. We also do reaction drills to help with defense and timing. The program is fully equipped with tutorials that break down the movements before each workout. That way the training sessions move smoothly and keep your heart rate up.

Fit For The Crowne (FFTC) gives people the opportunity to try boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Tae Kwon Do, in an environment that they feel comfortable in, their home!. This is a great first step for people to dip their feet in and can continue their journey elsewhere afterward.

(Behind the title) You were born with a crown, and each step you take towards being the best and most authentic version of yourself gets you even closer to your seat at the throne. There are enough thrones for everyone. We are not in competition with one another, rather we encourage lifting each other up.
