Hi, I’m Chad!

I was born and raised on Long Island, NY. Although I graduated with a master's of science degree in marketing, fitness and exercise science has been a major interest since 2008. With no formal coaching or training, I decided to make changes to my diet and compete in my first NPC competition in 2015.
