DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT: We're a social impact, ranked in the top 10% of applicants in 2021, by one of the world's largest tech accelerators. We are launching recruitment agencies globally which gift our profits back to the worker and society. We offer businesses free staff incentive schemes (paid for using our fees) to help them attract and retain new staff, without increasing their hiring costs. At the same time, we place significant wealth (on average $4000 for a $50,000 job) back to the worker and into the local economy. The incentives are spread over 24 months and each month the worker can save cash, acquire stocks or receive free crypto. Good for business, good for society.

AIM OF THE CAMPAIGN: We would like to attract both businesses and candidates to register and use our job board. We would like to encourage businesses to subscribe, as it gives them unlimited jobs posts each month as well as great brand kudos.

WHAT TYPE OF INFLUENCER ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? Influencers know their own audience. If their audience is concerned about the state of the economy, rising crime or the risk of unrest, or if they are feeling like they are becoming poorer or losing more control over time, then they make a good audience for our proposal. We're not seeking people with extreme views (and our solution benefits all political parties) and we're not proposing socialism (state sponsored or otherwise). We are simply using free market capitalism and sound economics to redistribute wealth more fairly, providing people with more opportunities and reducing financial inequality.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE INFLUENCER REQUIRED TO DO? We have an opportunity to redistribute wealth, to help recapitalise families across the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Eire (initially). The recruitment market is worth $500B annually, so this is a huge opportunity for employers and employees to benefit. You could argue we're not really selling (although you will receive compensation) but are actually redistributing wealth from businesses to workers. Therefore, influencers and content creators can highlight the positives of reducing financial inequality. For example, how more wealth drives consumer confidence and therefore demand, which stimulates business activity, more investment in communities, more jobs , more opportunities and drives a country's real GDP growth. Influencers may also highlight the risks if we don't do something (increasing anxiety, rising crime, extreme views, more state control and the risk of social unrest). We prefer the positives, but can't ignore the negatives and we hope influencers give a balanced view.

HOW MANY POSTS ARE REQUIRED? This is up to the influencer, this is a land-grab opportunity. In addition to the initial rate, the more employers and candidates an influencer introduces with their promo code, the more long-dated revenue they will receive (see the compensation section below).

WHAT SOCIAL CHANNEL DO YOU WANT TO USE? (Instagram, Blog, Stories, Video etc) Every channel has its merits for highlighting the need to recapitalise society. I would be happy for all forms to be used and can either help with ideas on whichever medium you prefer, answer your questions or give podcasts or interviews (not so much videos, I have the face for radio, not the camera).

WHAT LOOK/FEEL/STYLE OF POST ARE YOU WANTING? (Informative, Fun, Sexy etc) Informative, positive, promoting the opportunity we have to get more wealth back into families without relying on Government stimulus or charity.

DESCRIBE THE COMPENSATION IN DETAIL: We will pay the influencer the agreed rate, plus we are offering up to a 5 year bonus plan using promo codes. For every employer site that is introduced (and registers the promo code), the influencer will either receive $5 per monthly subscription (20% commission) or $20 for each "one off" job advertisement (20% commission). They will also receive $50 for every candidate employed by the employer (using our service, and following the 3 month redemption period) over the 5 year term. They will also receive $25 for every candidate they introduce who is successfully employed. There is no cap, if a large business is introduced (with the promo code) which subscribes across many sites or employs large numbers of staff, then the influencer receives the full bonus for up to 5 years from the date of introduction (or less if the employer ceases to advertise with us). Please note, if the employer or candidate has already been introduced by (and registers a peers' promo code) no bonus is earned.
