Hey guys,
Have you decided to follow a vegan or whole plant diet?
Well, Let me tell you my story. I love meat or at least the taste of meat.
So what would prompt me to become vegan?
The first time I remember entertaining changing my diet, I had just watched Forks Over Knives, which is a documentary about veganism and it's health benefits. That was approximately 5 years ago.
So I started out as a vegetarian. I still ate cheese.
After following this diet for a couple years, I started eating meat again.
More recently, about two years ago, I started watching videos by Dr. Michael Greger. He has many videos that go over the specifics of scientific studies and how they relate to your diet.
So in February 2019, I am now vegan. Have I ever eaten anything with an egg or cream in that time frame. Of course. But it is very limited.
I eat what Dr Michael Greger calls a whole plant based diet 99% of the time.
Which is why I am creating this blog and supplement store.
To explore best practices for my health and you can join along and take notes if you so desire.
