Bio

Josh Bryant is an attorney, pastor, adoption ethicist, and small business and non-profit expert. Based in beautiful Northwest Arkansas, he has clients all over the country. His primary practice helps churches create and implement legally defensible policies, processes, bylaws, statements of faith, and other documents and practices. He has assisted churches and ministries with their formation, merging, consolidation, and when necessary dissolution.

Josh Bryant also serves small businesses as their in-house counsel. He provides the same services to small businesses as he provides to churches and ministries. In addition, he helps businesses implement an Acts 1:8 strategy by which they reach their communities, nation, and world with the gospel. He reviews their operations to ensure they are legally compliant in all aspects and manage risk well.

Finally, Josh Bryant is an expert in adoption ethics and an adoption practitioner. He is an adoptive father of two children and has worked to create adoption reform legislation to stave off the effects of conflicts of interest, large sums of money, and loose jurisdictional requirements that have in some cases turned adoption practice in Arkansas into a means of human trafficking. This is a problem nation-wide.

Josh Bryant is pursuing a doctorate degree in ethics from the Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He obtained his Master of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Josh Bryant got his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Henderson State University.
