A growing body of research combined with countless anecdotal evidence is demonstrating the importance of connecting with ground energy. By now, most of us have heard how there are benefits to walking barefoot outdoors- this is because being grounded, or making contact with the Earth, has a multitude of health benefits from improved sleep and increased energy to providing relief from chronic inflammation. Ground Therapy serves to provide the grounded connection to indoor spaces so that modern society can receive its health benefits where we spend most of our time. We are focused on helping wellness and recovery centers incorporate grounding into their existing treatment programs, as well as provide grounding products for use at home, ultimately moving our communities toward a better state of overall well being.
