Bio

Hi everyone! I am a coach and business consultant. I am the co-founder of 5STARHEALTH and founder of Proactive Coaching and Nutrition. I have coached sports at the college, high school and club levels. Over the past 8 years, I started a business to help educate athletes/people of the importance of quality supplementation. As I have learned more and more, it became my passion. I started working with sports organizations, coaches, trainers and gym owners in creating a plan that works for them to help their clients get better results while increasing their profit margins. I am passionate about empowering people and making dreams a reality. This is what is my purpose and at the core of everything I do.
