We are a gourmet meal prepping company, delivering to the Fort Worth, Texas area. FreshPrep specializes in ketogenic meals, but have options for everyone! Our demographic can be, but is not limited to gym members. We mainly focus on busy mothers who want to stay healthy without the extra hassle of shopping, cooking, & cleaning.
