Bio

I have been working in the Australian Mining Industry for many years and my passion for food was driven by the highs and lows of the food we encountered in the Mining Industry.
I have since been creating 'creative' meals from the food choices we have at our mine sites.
Creativity has been the catalyst to our meals so being able to create a delicious chicken fillet salad from last night’s dinner, being creative helps.
I am now taking my passion to another level and recommending products which assist in Healthy Lifestyle choices and simple, yet creative meals and snacks.
I also have a food blog which I have created to critique some of the restaurants and cafes I have dined at.
