Bio

Hey! I'm Camille, part-time traveler and full-time foodie.

I've always loved going on new adventures, but didn't truly catch the travel bug until I studied abroad in Barcelona in 2013. Food on the other hand, has always been a passion of mine.

Whether it be cooking up a classic, experimenting with a new recipe, or trying a new restaurant, food is truly the way to my heart! Most of my recipes are decently healthy. I try to find a balance between healthy meals and cheat meals and those in between. Some days I do better than others, but I mean there's always yoga pants right? Que Mean Girls, "Sweatpants are all that fit me right now" Just kidding! Kinda....

Traveling is something that I hope I never lose interest in. Of course most people would like to travel, but only few make it happen. My hope is that I never stop making it happen because it's become such a huge part of me and my growth as a person. Some of my favorite places to travel are Canada, Europe, and Southeast Asia. South Africa is next on my bucket list....

When I'm not eating or traveling, I am working as a digital marketing manager. I specialize in social media marketing and find it exciting to keep up with the digital trends. I actually started Foodie Meets World to bring my passions of food, travel, photography, and digital marketing together and it's been an incredible journey thus far!
