:wave: Hey, thanks for stopping by!

I'm Carly, and I'm a teacher by day, blogger by night, and traveler by heart :heart:

I've been to 59 countries on 6 continents on a teacher's salary, so I'm motivated to teach others how they can make it happen for them as well!

Since there are tons of blogs already talking about WHAT to do, I write about HOW to do it. I like to focus on budgets, itineraries and logistics. To build my ethos, I am fully transparent about what and where I spend my money. I've recently become a travel agent as well, so now people are asking me to plan ~their~ trips instead of just copying my own. My years of planning, research, and enthusiasm are not wasted!

Why work with me?

:camera: I have many (too many?) cameras that I used to take beautiful pictures. I've recently added a drone and a 360 camera to my arsenal, so I'm able to take some pretty dynamic shots. I've also made my first video for Florence, Alabama (spoiler alert: They loved it).

:heavy_dollar_sign: Because I'm so upfront with my costs, my audience trusts me. It's also incredibly helpful for them when they're creating their own itinerary. They also know that while I do love a good budget, I'm also not in the market for the cheapest thing. A good experience is worth a little more.

:moneybag: If we're being honest here, I'm probably going to be cheaper since my blog is still fairly new. Probably good to get in early though :smiley:

I'm sure you're looking for an influencer with more followers, but you have to ask yourself... are those numbers inflated? Tons of bloggers use questionable strategies to build their "fanbase," but those people aren't actual fans. I don't employ such strategies, so my numbers are real.
