We are the fit brothers Treyvon and BJ from Baltimore, MD. We specialize in multiple facets of the fitness industry, ranging from modeling to brand endorsement to personal training. Our combined 16 years of experience has allowed us to sharpen and perfect our methods and techniques! At an early age we realized the impact that a fit and healthy lifestyle had on an individual; not only were they stronger physically but mentally as well. That motivated us to take our game to the next level, and in doing so the results have been very rewarding! Since then, our main goal has been to impact as many people as we can to through a healthier lifestyle.
