A Woman of many titles! Mother of 3, Health Coach, Fitness Model, Plus Size Model, YouTuber. I enjoy doing each and everyone!

Health is so important me. After my Grandmother transitioned January 2020 I decided to get back on improving my health. I decided to be come apart of the TLC community ( Total Life Changes ). One of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I use my social platform to reach those who are ready to improve their life. Who are very honest with themselves or want to be! My platform is to educate, and show the world that it’s okay to just be yourself and the world will still love you back! That you don’t have to be perfect and that it’s completely okay to mess up from time to time.

These titles was made fit for me for so many reasons and I’m doing each and everyone without any hesitation because they come so naturally.
