Fermentaholics is a community of fermentation fanatics, working together to educate while also producing the highest quality products at an affordable price. We’re passionate about both the science behind and the flavors of fermentation–the way it transforms flavors and textures of salty cabbage into sauerkraut transforms sweet tea into an effervescent tangy kombucha, milk fat into cheddar, grains into tempeh, soybeans into miso paste. As the oldest form of preservation, spreading across every culture in the world, there is so much to learn and so much respect to be had for the practice of fermentation.
