Everything’s Fine is a narrative film about a young woman suffering from trauma induced memory loss who finds herself spiraling out of control as the anniversary of the event nears, threatening to destroy her carefully crafted veneer of normalcy.
We’ve all lied and said “everything’s fine” when it truly wasn’t. This film explores PTSD and it’s effects on one woman her wife and family in the aftermath of a mass shooting. It hopes to shine a light on the the often neglected mental health of survivors after the media attention has faded away.
There is a mass shooting in the US every single day. Whether we realize it or not we are all affected.
