In everything I do, I aim to increase satisfaction, happiness, and joy (for hiring managers, candidates, and other recruiters). I do this by connecting the right people with the right positions based upon culture, passion, and skills. I do this with sincerity and consistent communication. I do this by coming up with ways to revolutionize recruiting using my passion for learning and innovation and sharing them with other recruiters.

I am a tech-savvy, marketing-minded, and innovative talent acquisition expert with over 20 years of recruiting experience in a trustworthy and transparent way. My sweet spot is technical recruiting (with over 12 years of IT recruiting experience), but I also greatly enjoy recruiting for finance & accounting, sales, and marketing professionals. I dream of one day being put in charge of the recruiting function and given the opportunity to create a truly great talent acquisition function with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and belonging (DEIB).
