We believe emotions and their influence on the way we behave is the most interesting phenomenon. Inevitably bound to human nature is the experience of emotions. We can’t control their existence, but we can control how detrimental their influence will be on our behavior, or even how emotions can be used to reach peak performance.

We love to teach and train other people to become more emotionally intelligent. Why? Because emotional intelligence is a trait, a strategy, a competence that is applicable in any situation whether you are a professional athlete, a corporate businessman, a nurse or an artist. It’s one of the most powerful skills any person can have, if learned correctly.

Emotional intelligence is also an immortal ability. We can’t be sure off the situations we’ll encounter, the people we have to deal with or other complex challenges that will be on our way. Where we can be sure off is that wherever we are, we’ll be experiencing emotions. And where there are emotions, there’s vulnerability to be controlled by them.

We’re sport psychologists and we love to train elite athletes to reach the top of their level by guiding them in their journey to become more emotionally intelligent. But our journey does not end there, we can and want to do more. We want that so much more people can benefit from this beautiful phenomenon.
