Hi! My name is Lara Lisle and I started EmbraceFit in 2020 to provide at home workouts for busy women! I am an elementary teacher by day, but my passion is fitness and nutrition! I love to encourage and motivate women to be their best selves by moving and fueling their bodies. I create full-body workouts that are 30 minutes or less! I'm here to motivate, encourage, and cheer on busy women to embrace their health and fitness today!
