Bio

Hello! I'm Elena.

I was born and raised in the Republic of Panama and went to college, married, and lived in the US for many years. After more than a decade of a successful career as the Marketing Manager of a major movie studio, I decided to leave a very exciting but exhausting life to seek more health and balance for me and for my family. Many studies, certifications and success stories later, my goal now is to help clients and as many people as I can to live a more balance, healthier, and happier life!

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach my days are now spent between client sessions, social media, writing, mommy duties (I have identical twin boys), time with my husband, connecting, and the most important thing: taking care of my body, mind and spirit so I can then give my best to everyone around me!
