Eduard De Guardiola founded the real estate investment company, Vista Realty Partners, in 2000 with a vision in mind: creating a uniquely efficient and profitable organization for the ownership, management, and development of multifamily assets throughout the Southeast. Before forming the company in 2000, he was the President and a Director of the Focus Group companies, a company that functioned similarly in the real estate market. In 1998 Mr. De Guardiola negotiated, directed, and engineered a large pool of assets with a value of $187 Million Dollars, to two major REIT’s.

Since the genesis of Vista Realty Partners in 2000, Eduard De Guardiola and his company have orchestrated the acquisition, development, and financing of more than 60 new and existing apartment communities and condominiums consisting of over 14,386 units valued north of $1.7 Billion Dollars.
