First and foremost, we love food and believe it is possible to eat our way to better days. We also believe people want to do good in the world – they just need a tastier way to do it. Which is why we’re creating plant-based dairy products that have been chef-crafted to be creamy without compromise.

Eclipse plant-based ice cream doesn’t taste like oat, coconut, or any other dairy alternative. They’ve been chef-crafted to taste GOOD. Like good good. Not icy like the classic “healthy” stuff, but good like the good stuff crafted in a kitchen. Not in a lab. Which also means it’s non-GMO, plant-based, allergen-friendly, and so creamy, even cows are (probably) jealous.
