Posting to instragram with meal prep style photos, see @eatcleanessentials for examples of acceptable shots.
When posting, important that there's a mix of both stories but primarily on your profile. So post to the profile, then also do a story indicating you have a new post for your followers to check out, that seems to have the best outcome.
