Bio

I am a Psychologist and author, with a particular passion for kindness, the destigmatisation + normalisation of mental health; in addition to making the science behind everyday psychological concepts accessible to the general public. ♡

In my day job, I provide online therapy, via video conferencing, instant chat and email; and I facilitate online mindfulness groups. I also create various psychology based art, workbooks and gifts. 👩‍💻🧘

I love to travel ☀️ and particularly to coastal destination, so a few years ago, I set up a side project named SEAcotherapy 🌊 (using the sea as co-therapist), to integrate my love of the coast with my therapeutic and mindfulness work.

I feel very privileged to be able to share my life, stories and psychological knowledge with you in an accessible way.
