Through the utilization of social media platforms, Deidra Nicole Murphy has currently reached over five million views and has garnered more than three hundred thousand followers through her powerful life portrayals and live wisdom talks. Murphy’s passion for the disenfranchised, the abused, and the disenchanted, has become the impetus for her to reach an even broader audience through, professional acting and other related avenues. Born the youngest of three siblings in the Columbus, Ohio area; Deidra’s Sicilian, Dominican and African American lineage has afforded her insight into worlds most are never exposed to. As a domestic violence survivor, and a challenging upbringing; Murphy is often inundated with global thanks and in-depth stories, from children, women and men who are finding strength through her example to address their often dangerous circumstances.
