Hi I’m Kylie and I’m passionate about supporting people to feel empowered in their self care and wellness. My own healing journey led me to explore many amazing modalities and education around stress management and environmental stressors so reducing my toxic load took front seat and now I provide tools for others to do the same.
From my range of natural therapies both in person and distantly many people have experienced a boost on their own healing journey. As a reiki master teacher I feel it is my obligation to teach others reiki to both self heal and help others. I incorporate a number of supportive “tools” in healing sessions including colour, crystals and aromatherapy and show others how to use them to look after t rut primary concerns.
My website also had a plethora of goodies on offer ranging from inspirational books to natural health care and eco friendly products.
