Hello I’m Steph, Welcome Aboard!

I’m a forty-something cruise advocate based in the Midlands, UK. I’ve been cruising since 2005 and spent over 100 nights at sea.

Cruise with Amber was formed from an insatiable appetite for cruise holidays and an enduring love of the sea.

I was born and grew up in Wales near the coast. I regularly top up my vitamin sea levels by regular visits to the coast and of course, cruise holidays.

When I’m not on a cruise, thinking about a cruise or planning a cruise, my day-to-day job is as a Chartered Psychologist. I work with organisations of all shapes and sizes across the public and private sectors.

I’m also a keen traveller and I spent 1999/2000 travelling around the world with my husband. We were lucky to have an extended stay in Australia and New Zealand before visiting Hawaii and California on the way home. Whilst I know all of these places, I have never visited them on a cruise but that’s hopefully something I’ll change in the coming years.
