Hello, we at Croc are looking to hire Canadian influence rs in fashion and beauty to help promote brand awareness and sales of our hair products. For now I am starting off with sending our very high end products to influence-rs for them to market or make a video of. Based on how that goes we will hire whoever is able to bring brand awareness to us.


Influencers that meet the following guidelines:
* Micro and or macro-influencers.
* Followers from 5k to 500k ideal. 
       -Influencers with mostly Canadian followers.
* Most of your followers must be female, at least 60 percent. 
* Having a reasonable engagement rate like 10% is ideal.
* We prefer to work with influencers with low product turnover, so we want to avoid influencers promoting a new product every day. There is no authenticity and no investment return when working with such influencers.
* No competing brands: No influencers who are actively working with competing brands
* Good quality content; influencers with quality content over quantity content
We are flexible, so you will be considered even if you do not meet the guidelines perfectly. The main focus is a female audience and in Canada for now.
