My business is named EmpowerME: Coaching and Workshops. I have a background in Marriage & Family Therapy but converted to life coaching in 2018. I specialize in working with women needing support through life transitions and working with couples on relationship skills. My client base is very diverse and I've done a lot of work with folks who are part of the LGBTQ community and those who identify as Polyamorous.

I see clients, offer workshops, and support groups in my office, which is located in Auburn, Maine, but I also offer sessions by phone or video conferencing. I'm hoping to expand my online client base.

My 10-year plan is to open a Women's Trauma Recovery Center, which would offer inpatient and outpatient services for women who have experienced any form of trauma or abuse.
