My definition of health has changed drastically over time. Health is not a look, a momentary feeling, or a lack of disease. Health is a lifestyle that begins with nourishment of the body and soul. Health is different for everyone, but with a little love, support, and accurate information, we can all take steps towards healthier lives.

I recently moved to the Bay Area to work for a health tech start up! Moving cross-country alone has given me some amazing challenges and taught me lessons on connection, friendship, and balance. In my free time I enjoy journaling, cooking, exploring this amazing city, and hiking. I take full advantage of the gorgeous California weather and serene views.
