I am an IFBB Pro figure athlete and i love to motivate anyone i can to get into a healthier lifestyle. I was in the Air Force for 8 years, and then i was a Police Officer in NY for just under 3. Its important to me to help other people and show them healthier ways to live and enjoy life, without having to deal with additional stress from poor mental health and bad eating habits. I LOVE to create content as i am highly creative & I genuinely have fun doing it.
