Bio

I’m a millennial wife and mother of a rambunctious little boy with a strong personality.

During a doctor’s visit to confirm that I was pregnant, my doctor not only discovered a baby but another unexpected intruder. It turns out that I had uterine fibroids as well. There were several ranging from walnut sized clusters to one the size of a grapefruit, as described by my OB-GYN at the time.

The discovery of both sent me on a whirlwind journey to rediscovering my body in a way that I never imagined possible. I created my blog to bring awareness and share information about hormonal imbalance and fibroids as well as lifestyle tips to help other women create and foster a deeper connection with their bodies. I want to inspire women to find the muse within themselves and find healing from womb related issues.
