We are a custom gourmet meal delivery service!
We work with Personal Trainers, Athletic Coaches, Wellness Professionals, Weight Loss Professionals and their clients.
Weekly meal plans are custom designed, individually packaged and delivered to your home 3 times per week. We prepare Paleo style gourmet meals designed for weight loss, health issues, fitness training and busy work schedules. I am a French trained chef and certified nutritional health coach and will work with you to fine-tune your meals to address specific dietary, health and lifestyle goals. Once we have all of your diet information we will shop daily and customize the meals to your specific needs!
