Chef Anthony Wilson has been preparing Great food and catering to clients in Miami, Florida for the past 8 years. Chef Anthony’s career started at the Salvation Army 8 years ago, during the interim of those years he established himself to work for Macys Catering. Macys catering division has always been known for their professional, talented chefs, designer cuisines, as well for their exquisite artful fare for their more than satisfied guest!

Cooking and Catering was the start of an idea to a way of making a living in South Florida. As an experienced chef. Chef Anthony Wilson was able to combine his talents with making the best cuisine and providing exceptional services to his own catering company with collaborating Chef Everad Campbell “Star Catering & Events”. His career immediately expanded.

Over the years Chef Anthony Wilson has brought his skills & talents before some notable people as well as some interesting places across the US.

Chef Anthony Wilson of Miami and Star Catering Events became a hot demand within no time. He has, Cooked, Demo, and presented Food. Martha Stewart at the Macy's Aventura Home Store. Rap Super Stars Missy Elliot, & Trina from Miam, R&B Male Michael Sterling, R&B Female Tweet, Reggae Band Inner Circle, Miami Beach Brothaz, Food Meets Fashion in Atlanta, 2012-2013 Super Bowl Winner Bryan Mckenzie from NFL'S Minnesota Vikings. SEOFINC 2015 Charity Ball Fundraiser at Mercedes Benz of Miami. SEOFINC 2015 We Are One Fundraiser at Gallery of Amazing Things, He assist Chef Will Brown from Cutthroat Kitchen and Super Human at the International Home Housewares Show 2016 in Chicago. Chef Anthony Wilson gives back to his community, he provides donations of clothing and nitrous foods to men, women and families with children experiencing homelessness with in the city of Miami.

Anthony’s roots and origin is in Miami, Florida, while people love the very well diverse and cultured chef’s food. He enjoys the taste of International cuisines from my signature White Chocolate Raspberry Bread Pudding and my famous Mac & Chez!!!

He's in the process and bringing his cooking creation into an actual cookbook “SUNDAY FUNDAY BRUNCH AT CHEF ANTHONY'S " This Fall of 2016. Chef Anthony Wilson has a tasteful and bright future in the making with his reality show in the making. He have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of humor that will accommodate any dinner party, whether large or small to welcome the guest. He's famous quote for life is "Dream the Impossible" and always lend a helping hand to those in need. I will like to welcome all you on this wonderful journey.
