I’m a mom of 3 who loves nothing more then to inspire positivity being a young mom is stressful especially when there are three toddlers instead of just one but one thing I’ve come to learn is life is messy and that’s what makes it so beautiful so why waste my time feeling down and unhappy with my self when I can do something more and it all started with myself image fitness showed me how good I can feel and how inspiring it can be to others I came to find that my own motivation was opening doors for others and I loved it! That feeling of empowering others and growing a community of amazing women moms young adults was so inspiring and just what I needed to continue on this journey and futher it beyond what I ever thought I could
