Bio

I'm Cat, a 30 year old lifestyle and travel blogger living in London. (30 going on 18 - refusing to accept that 4 wines give me a hangover since 2014).

I'm married, but I use my maiden name for writing so that if I ever write an award-winning novel or become editor of Vogue, people I didn't like at school will know it is me. I have an English Literature degree but ended up working in tax. Don't email me about doing your end of year tax return - trust me, you do not want this.

Likes: Getting people to take photographs of me, espesh my long suffering husband. A good TV documentary. Musing on the whereabouts of Lord Lucan. Buying a pale pink nail polish, getting home and discovering I have 30585 identical colours. Saying I'm on a diet then getting pepperoni pizza. White wine.

Dislikes: The Kardashians. The Chuckle Brothers. People who overshare on Facebook. Pub quizzes that have extra competitions at the end, like it's not enough that you could name the king that came after Charles I, you now have to play 'The Price Is Right' to win a fucking £50 bar tab. Cafes that put own-brand ketchup in Heinz tomato ketchup bottles (it's the lies, it's the lies I can't stand).
